Staff were friendly, location was marvellous. It had a good restaurant. Besides, free WiFi is a bonus. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was very clean and in a wonderful location. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Wonderful breakfast and beautiful location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as everything met every demand. If you plan to visit puerto de ciutadella, don't pass this hotel up.
